Overview

Overview

YouCanBookMe is a general scheduling service that turns connected calendar availability into public booking pages. District staff can use it for office hours, counseling, interviews, family meetings, training appointments, or other one-to-one scheduling needs. The primary handoff is a confirmed appointment based on staff availability. Any records created during that meeting belong to the district’s counseling, HR, or service workflow.

Features

  • Districts should review message content and records requirements.

  • Approved accounts, privacy, accessibility, and staff transitions need local procedures.
