Verkada Guest is a cloud visitor-management application for preregistration, check-in, identity and policy workflows, badge printing, host notifications, visitor records, and site-level oversight. It can operate with Verkada’s broader physical-security platform and supported access-control, camera, directory, and communication services. School front offices can use it to coordinate visitor arrival and departure.
A visit connects the arriving person with a host, location, and authorization. School staff maintain status and screening records, with links to other security functions determined by the deployed configuration. Screening tools support a staff decision within district procedures. Arrival logs and current status remain dependent on complete, accurate front-office handling.
