Synergy Online Registration is Edupoint’s enrollment and annual-update module for collecting family-submitted student information through configurable online forms. It uses Synergy SIS data for returning students and prepares new or changed information for staff review within the connected Synergy environment. Families submit information while staff determine which changes become part of the shared Synergy student record. That review connects enrollment intake with classroom, attendance, and communication workflows downstream.

- Can prepopulate existing Synergy information for review.
Staff processing
- Provides validation, queues, review, approval, correction, status tracking, and controlled updates to Synergy SIS.
- District rules govern eligibility and record matching.
Platform integration
- Shares identity, student, household, and configuration data within the Synergy Education Platform.
- External services and specialized choice workflows should be verified separately.
