TELL is Pearson’s Test of English Language Learning, a tablet-delivered K–12 assessment for screening, diagnosing, and monitoring listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It uses automated scoring, including speech-recognition-supported tasks, and returns reports shortly after administration.
Listening, speaking, reading, and writing results describe different language domains. English-learner teams connect those measures with administration context and local evidence when reviewing support needs. A score needs its measure, date, grade or level, and administration context to remain meaningful when reused in a dashboard or support discussion.
