KickUp is a K–12 educator-growth platform that combines professional-learning management with coaching, walkthrough, feedback, and employee-evaluation workflows. Districts can centralize learning opportunities, attendance, credits, transcripts, forms, observation data, goals, and growth activity instead of maintaining separate systems and spreadsheets.
Professional-learning and observation records connect an employee with goals, feedback, and completed activities. Growth leaders and HR coordinate how those records support development or a formal evaluation cycle. Participation, demonstrated learning, and formally recognized credit need their own evidence. Coordinators and HR establish how the records are reviewed and used locally.
