BloomBoard helps districts build educator pipelines and career pathways through job-embedded degree, certification, endorsement, and advancement programs. Educators and prospective educators develop and demonstrate skills through structured programs connected with district workforce needs.
Educator participation connects a district workforce need with a structured learning pathway. HR and professional-learning staff distinguish enrollment, demonstrated competency, and credentials that require separate institutional verification. Participation, demonstrated learning, and formally recognized credit need their own evidence. Coordinators and HR establish how the records are reviewed and used locally.
