Frontline Inventory Management
Overview
- Overview
-
Frontline Inventory & Help Desk Management connects district asset tracking with service and repair workflows. Staff record assignments, locations, equipment details, and lifecycle events, then connect requests to affected assets. District-wide reports support deployment, collection, inventory review, and replacement planning.
Equipment identity connects assignments, service activity, and lifecycle status. Inventory and support staff reconcile transfers, repairs, and collection so operational reports describe the same physical items. Device or item identifiers provide continuity when users and locations change. Inventory, technology, and business staff share responsibility for reconciling custody and administrative records.
