TestGenius by Biddle Consulting Group is a pre-employment skills-testing platform. HR teams use it to administer and score job-related assessments for Microsoft Office, keyboarding, data entry, proofreading, clerical work, and other configured skills.
The system supports remote and proctored testing, test batteries, applicant delivery, immediate scoring, and tools intended to help employers validate assessments for specific positions. OPAC is an included office-skills assessment family rather than a separate HR management system.
