TestGenius by Biddle Consulting Group is a pre-employment skills-testing platform. HR teams use it to administer and score job-related assessments for Microsoft Office, keyboarding, data entry, proofreading, clerical work, and other configured skills. District hiring teams can use these measures in job-specific applicant screening.
An assessment result belongs to an applicant, a job-related measure, and an administration. Hiring staff use that context within an approved selection process alongside the other evidence required for the position.
