Cornerstone is a talent-management platform for employee learning, required training, skills, performance, goals, development, recruiting, and workforce planning. Districts can use it to deliver professional learning, document completion, manage evaluation processes, and support employee growth.
Employee identity connects learning, performance, and development activity. HR and professional-learning staff coordinate roles and record purpose so growth evidence and formal employment actions remain understandable. An employee can participate in several learning and performance processes. HR and program owners coordinate identity, access, and the purpose of each record as roles change.
