SchoolPay is an i3 Education K–12 payment product for collecting parent, community, and staff payments online or in person. Districts can use it for student fees, activities, registrations, meals, donations, school stores, and other collections while centralizing payment records and reducing the risks and administrative costs of cash handling.
A collection needs its student or purchaser, purpose, school, and account reference. School and finance teams use those relationships to reconcile charges, refunds, and deposits across different activities. Posting and settlement may follow different schedules. Business staff maintain the references needed to trace a family transaction into the district’s financial reconciliation process.

- Synchronizes with supported SIS, cafeteria, general-ledger, and related applications.
- Reduces duplicate entry and helps transactions reach the correct student and financial records.
