PayPams

Overview

Overview

PayPAMS is PCS Revenue Control Systems’ family portal for school meal payments and account management. Families can add money, view balances and purchase history, receive alerts, and manage linked students where their district uses a compatible cafeteria system.

The key handoff is between a family deposit and the correct student meal account. Cafeteria and finance staff reconcile that balance with purchases and the payment transaction. A payment confirmation and an updated operational balance may occur at different times. Local reconciliation establishes how those records correspond.
