PaySchools Central is i3 Education’s family payment hub for school meals, student fees, activities, registrations, and other district charges. Families can manage multiple students, pay by card or bank account, view balances and activity, transfer eligible funds, schedule payments, and receive fee-deadline or low-balance notifications through web and mobile access.
Household access, student charges, and payment activity must refer to the same account. School and finance staff reconcile deposits and adjustments across meals, programs, and other district collections. Posting and settlement may follow different schedules. Business staff maintain the references needed to trace a family transaction into the district’s financial reconciliation process.

- Uses PaySchools Central for family self-service and PASS for cash, check, card, phone, or front-office payments.

- Provides receipts, reminders, refunds, transaction detail, and centralized financial reporting.
- Routes payments to configured school ledgers and bank accounts.
Connected education modules
- Integrates with supported SIS and cafeteria systems and links families from existing portals.
- Works with PaySchools nutrition, eligibility, event, form, and store products where licensed.
