Overview

Overview

MySchoolBucks by Heartland is a K–12 family payment platform for meal accounts, school fees, invoices, stores, programs, and other district collections. Families can manage multiple students, add funds, review purchases, receive alerts, and use supported web or mobile payment options.

Family payments span different fees, schools, and account purposes. Business staff reconcile student charges, collections, refunds, and deposits so the payment view agrees with school financial records. Posting and settlement may follow different schedules. Business staff maintain the references needed to trace a family transaction into the district’s financial reconciliation process.
