MySchoolAccount is Vanco’s family-facing payment portal for school meals and other student accounts. Families can add students, deposit money by card or ACH, view balances and recent purchases, transfer eligible funds between students, and receive low-balance notifications from a web-connected device.
The parent account links household access with a specific student balance. School and finance staff reconcile deposits, purchases, transfers, and refunds within the district’s supported payment arrangement. A payment confirmation and an updated operational balance may occur at different times. Local reconciliation establishes how those records correspond.
