EZSchoolPay by Harris School Solutions is an online portal for school meal and fee payments. Families can fund student accounts, view balances and transaction history, manage multiple students, and receive low-balance alerts where their district uses a supported system.
The family-facing deposit must be attributed to the correct student and account. Nutrition and finance staff connect portal transactions with balances, purchases, and reconciliation in their operational systems. A payment confirmation and an updated operational balance may occur at different times. Local reconciliation establishes how those records correspond.
