e~Funds for Schools is a K–12 online payment service for meal accounts, student fees, activities, and other district collections. Families can link students, make card or bank-account payments, schedule recurring deposits, and review payment history.
Each deposit or fee payment needs a matching student and account purpose. School and business staff reconcile the family transaction with the balances and financial records used for operations. A payment confirmation and an updated operational balance may occur at different times. Local reconciliation establishes how those records correspond.
