Cisco Meraki Systems Manager is a cloud endpoint management product for district computers, tablets, phones, and other managed devices. It gives technology teams a centralized inventory and a way to deploy applications, settings, certificates, restrictions, and security policies without physically handling each device.
Enrollment and inventory data connect district policy to each managed endpoint. Technology staff use device identity and assignment history when applying settings, investigating issues, or collecting equipment. Configuration and assignment are related but different records. Device administrators coordinate those sources with identity and inventory owners when school or user circumstances change.

- Provides remote lock, wipe, passcode, and other platform-dependent commands for lost or noncompliant devices.
Remote troubleshooting
- Lets technicians review device details and initiate supported diagnostic or remote-management actions.
- Reduces the need to collect devices for common configuration and support tasks.
