Hoonuit's education data platform became PowerSchool Unified Insights and is now represented within PowerSchool Analytics & Insights. It combines data from SIS, assessment, attendance, behavior, learning, talent, finance, and other systems into a managed longitudinal model with dashboards for district leaders, school administrators, and educators.
Longitudinal analysis joins records that use different structures and update schedules. Source owners and analysts coordinate student matching, measure definitions, and refresh timing before using combined views for decisions. The same label can describe different measures or populations in different systems. Source definitions and reporting dates preserve the meaning of an apparent trend or comparison.
A shared analytical record influences program review and leadership decisions even though corrections often belong in the source system. Data teams coordinate refresh schedules, access, definitions, and a path for resolving discrepancies. Readers need to understand which data is represented, how current it is, and what an aggregate or student-level view can legitimately explain.
