Raptor is a school-safety product suite with distinct visitor, emergency-management, and student-support modules. Districts select tools around their operating needs and response procedures. Visitor Management and Behavioral Threat Assessment address different workflows within that broader family.
Safety workflows share people and locations but have different records and response responsibilities. District leaders coordinate the selected modules while keeping visitor transactions and sensitive student cases appropriately separated. A visitor transaction, physical-security event, and sensitive student case have different purposes and audiences. A shared platform still needs to preserve those distinctions in day-to-day administration.
Coordination matters before an incident as well as during it. Teams maintain locations, responder contacts, staff roles, access, and practice arrangements so information can support the intended response. Sensitive student cases, visitor transactions, and physical-security events need their own context even when related tools are available within a shared product family.

Visitor and campus movement
- Screens and tracks visitors, volunteers, contractors, and other people entering school facilities.
- Supports badges, restricted-person alerts, dismissal, hall-pass, event, and student-movement workflows through applicable modules.
Emergency management
- Connects emergency plans, alerts, communication, drills, accountability, and after-action reporting.
- Provides 911 connectivity, location information, multi-sensory alert integrations, and first-responder coordination in supported deployments.
Panic alerting
- Offers mobile, desktop, fixed, and wearable alert options including Badge Alert.
- Can distinguish full emergency activation from internal Team Assist requests for day-to-day incidents.
Accountability and reunification
- Accounts for students, staff, visitors, and volunteers during an incident.
- Supports verified student release and family communication using controlled reunification workflows.
Student wellbeing and compliance
- Provides behavioral threat assessment, case-management, and related student-safety workflows.
- Includes training, drill, and compliance tools for building organizational readiness.
