Envoy Visitors is a digital visitor-management system that replaces paper sign-in sheets with configurable registration, check-in, screening, badge, host-notification, and audit workflows. Schools can use it to know who is expected, who is onsite, why they are visiting, and whether they completed required approvals or documents.
The central record is a visit tied to a person, host, location, and time. Front-office staff manage approval and departure so the onsite picture reflects actual campus activity. Screening tools support a staff decision within district procedures. Arrival logs and current status remain dependent on complete, accurate front-office handling.

- Can connect visitor presence with emergency notifications and check-in status through other Envoy modules.
Integrations
- Connects with supported access-control, identity, messaging, calendar, and security systems.
- Districts should verify K–12 SIS, custody, volunteer, student-release, and sex-offender-screening requirements rather than assuming corporate visitor workflows cover them.
