    Review the staff-provided or HR-maintained demographic information without inference.

    Compare ethnicity, race, missing indicators, birth date, and related code rules as applicable.

    Check whether HR, SIS, or the extract converted blanks, unknowns, or multiple selections incorrectly.

    Update only from authorized evidence and preserve confidentiality.

    Verify SDEM and Report 4.4, then check other staff affected by the same mapping.

2026–27 Fall 2 calendar

Certification deadline. Fall 2 has no amendment window.

  • Confirm the accepted SDEM history under the intended SEID and Reporting LEA.
  • Compare CALPADS Report 4.4 with authorized HR/personnel evidence.
