This is the Fall 2 reporting year—not a calendar, fiscal, contract, or credential year. A valid-looking row in the wrong Academic Year can create or miss an entire assignment snapshot.

   Capture submission ID, row, Reporting LEA, School, Academic Year, masked SEID, Job Classification, FTE, and assignment-code positions.

   Match accepted SDEM history, authorized HR evidence, official organization codes, and the actual assignment before editing.

   Test the exact rule

   • Confirm the intended Fall 2 collection year.
   • Verify the exact format.
   • Inspect export parameters and copied templates.
   • Compare school-open status and staff assignment period.

   Trace HR, position control, SIS scheduling, code crosswalks, joins, spreadsheet handling, file generation, and upload context.
