    Compare the master schedule, course catalog, teacher assignment, delivery school, and accepted SDEM/SASS prerequisites.

    Test the exact rule

    • Locate the exact missing field.
    • Identify what made it required.
    • Compare course catalog and section-level ownership.
    • Do not invent a value merely to make the row nonblank.

    Find the first divergence

    Inspect SIS configuration, course crosswalks, joins, delimiters, Version 18 export behavior, and CALPADS organizational context.

    Make the supported correction

    Populate the evidence-supported value or correct the inaccurate triggering attribute in the owning source.

    Resubmit and reconcile

    Confirm GERR0001 clears, review Report 3.7 Course Section Enrollment and Report 4.3 Staff Teaching Assignments, and audit other sections produced by the same rule.
