    Capture submission ID, physical row, School, Academic Year, Term, Local Course ID, Course Section ID, Class ID, masked SEID, and the named fields.

    Compare the master schedule, course catalog, teacher assignment, delivery school, and accepted SDEM/SASS prerequisites.

    Test the exact rule

    • Count physical fields/delimiters on the rejected row.
    • Compare against the current CRSE layout—not an older template.
    • Inspect embedded delimiters and line breaks in course names.
    • Verify new/current fields are represented even when blank.

    Find the first divergence

    Inspect SIS configuration, course crosswalks, joins, delimiters, Version 18 export behavior, and CALPADS organizational context.

    Make the supported correction

    Restore every required position and repair the SIS/vendor export rather than hand-padding one file.
