Fields validated
- 25.14 — Service Frequency Code
- 25.15 — Service Duration
Read the two fields as a sentence
Service Duration is the number of minutes per session. Service Frequency Code supplies the period—such as the applicable day, week, month, or year frequency represented by the current code set. Neither field should be interpreted alone.
| Submitted schedule | Result | Operational reading |
|---|---|---|
Frequency populated + 0030 | Complete structure | Thirty minutes per session at the reported frequency; still verify against the plan. |
| Frequency populated + blank duration | SERV0329 | CALPADS cannot determine the minutes in each session. |
Blank frequency + 0030 | Likely SERV0577 | Minutes exist without the time-period context. |
Frequency populated + 0005 | Likely SERV0330 | The duration is below the ten-minute minimum. |
Recommended correction path
- 1
Open the operative plan
Locate the service statement controlling the submitted Plan Effective Start Date.
- 2
Translate the schedule carefully
Separate minutes per session from how often sessions occur; do not derive a value from billing totals or attendance logs unless it represents the plan.
- 3
Format the duration
Submit four numeric characters, such as
0030for 30 minutes per session. - 4
Correct the source record or export
Ensure frequency and duration are mapped as a paired schedule rather than independently optional fields.
- 5
Verify companion rules
Confirm SERV0329 clears without triggering FRMT0004, SERV0330, or SERV0577.
