The pair must also match the supporting SENR enrollment. Independently reporting charters use the school code for both fields. NPS attendance uses the current special reporting treatment rather than the NPS CDS code directly in 3.05.

A valid school code can still be invalid for this LEA. Verify both the organization and their reporting relationship for the applicable date.
