    • Do legal name, birth date, and gender agree with authoritative information?
    • Does the latest CALPADS SINF record describe the same student?

    • Which SENR primary enrollment establishes ownership?
    • Does the SINF effective range overlap that enrollment?
    • Did a later LEA enrollment end the maintenance period?
    • Is short-term enrollment being mistaken for SINF ownership?
  • Race, ethnicity, and birth information
    • Were values reported from authorized source information rather than inferred?
    • Are missing indicators consistent with race and ethnicity fields?
    • Do birth country and state/province form a valid combination?
  • Parent and guardian information
    • Is Parent/Guardian 1 complete before Parent/Guardian 2 is reported?
    • Are required names and education-level fields complete as a group?

    • If a mailing address is supplied, is it complete?
    • Did the SIS extract mix residential and mailing fields?
  • Initial U.S. School Enrollment Date
    • Does the date represent first K–12 entry in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico?
    • Was preschool entry mistakenly used?
    • Does the date align with age, enrollment, SELA, LTEL, and assessment context?
  • SIS, extract, and CALPADS history
    • What does the authoritative SIS contain?
    • Did the extract transform, omit, or default a value?
    • Which effective SINF record does CALPADS use?
    • Will the next extract reproduce the error?
