What CALPADS is rejecting
Field must only contain Alphabetic letters, numbers, periods, hyphens apostrophes, forward slashes, spaces. Alphabetic characters with accents, tildes, or umlauts are allowed.
Valid characters are based on the UTF-8 character set standards.
