For a reportable current-year completer, the pathway completion year must match the SCTE Academic Year ID.

    Have the CTE coordinator/pathway lead verify the student completed the pathway requirements—not merely participated or concentrated—and identify the actual completion year.

    Compare completed pathway courses, local pathway sequence, master schedule/course coding, transcript, and any work-based learning or capstone requirements used locally.

    If completion occurred in the current reporting year, make field 11.14 match 11.06. If completion occurred earlier—or the student is not a completer—remove the current-year SCTE row rather than changing history.
