Understanding Error:
All SENR records where grade level is not equal to 'AD', and school is not a charter school, should be used by students age 0 through age 22. Only Enrollment data where Enrollment Start Date is in the report from and through date of the current Academic Year is evaluated for the validation.
Things to Look for:
- student's age calculated using the DOB in CALPADS on the date used in the Enrollment Start Date field
Suggested Resolution:
Verify the grade level is appropriate and the student's age is >=0 and<22 using the student DOB as it appears in CALPADS as compared to the enrollment start date.
