Understanding the Error: The student has a primary enrollment status at the school, but there are no Student Course Completion record(s) (SCSC) for the student in grades 7-12. Suggested Resolution: If the student completed one or more courses during the Reporting Year, submit Student Course Section Completion records for those courses. Note: Following school types are excluded from this error: - Juvenile Court Schools (JUV), Division of Juvenile Justice Schools (YTH), County Community School (COMM), Opportunity Schools (OPP), Community Day Schools (COMMDAY), and Continuation Schools (CONT). - District-level entities with student enrollments which have County-district code in both the Reporting LEA (1.04) and School of Attendance (1.05) fields). - Charter Schools: Schools with 'Y' value for the Charter Indicator in the CALPADS Organization table.
