Understanding the Error: All TK-12 UE or US students who have a primary (10) or short-term (30) enrollment with an English Language Status (ELAS) of English Learner (EL) based on the current academic year must have the Student Initial US School Enrollment Date (2.25) populated for most recent SINF overlapping that enrollment (regardless of Reporting LEA). Suggested Resolution: Populate the Student Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 (2.25) field with the date the student began Grade TK - 12 in a public or private school (including home school) in the United States and Puerto Rico (does not include US territories) for the most recent SINF that overlaps that enrollment.
