Understanding the Error: Parent Guardian 2 First Name and Last Name must both be populated in the most recent SINF overlapping the SENR record for the student during the EOY 3 reporting period has an Enrollment Status code = 10 or 30 and Exit Reason does not equal = N470 (NoShow). 1) Verify that data is provided in the submission for Guardian 2 First Name and Guardian 2 Last Name fields. OR 2) If the data for Guardian 2 First Name and Guardian 2 Last Name is unknown, do not submit any data for any of the two fields. All two fields must either be NULL or all must be populated.
