Reconcile SENR grade and the course-completion period.
- 3
Confirm the course classification
Verify the CRSC State Course Code and whether the course is departmentalized under the Version 18 rule.
- 4
Determine credits attempted
Use the approved course catalog, term structure, transcript policy, and student schedule.
- 5
Repair configuration or record
Correct the course-credit setup, SCSC value, grade, or course code shown to be wrong.
- 6
Reprocess and compare
Confirm attempted credits agree with earned credits, transcript, and section configuration across affected students.
