Use roster, transcript, grade, and teacher evidence.

Find the master-schedule section and approved CRSC record for the School of Course Delivery.

Compare every join key
Check academic year, school, local course, section identifier, term, and other Version 18 relationship fields character for character.

Correct the supported side
Repair SCSC keys when the student row is wrong; submit/correct CRSC only when a real section is missing or misreported.
