   Capture Academic Year ID, Reporting LEA, student, school, program values, and the LEA-level participation record.

   Confirm actual LEA participation

   Have the expanded-learning program owner verify participation in Program 194 for the academic year.

   Validate Reporting LEA format

   Use the authoritative seven-digit County-District code for a district or county office, or the applicable seven-digit School code for an independently reporting charter, as directed by the source rule.

   Validate the participation record

   Confirm the authorized LEA-level Program 194 record is active for the same academic year.

   Validate the student LEAP record

   If participation is supported, confirm the student, enrollment relationship, school, and program evidence.

   Remove unsupported data correctly

   If the LEA did not participate or the student record is not supported, remove it through the authoritative program workflow.

7. 7

   Reprocess and reconcile

   Verify the LEA designation and all retained LEAP records agree.
