Welcome to School Check IN!
Campus Safety / Security

Product Details

Overview

School Check IN is a legacy visitor and front-office management product now owned by Navigate360. It supports visitor sign-in, badge printing, student late-arrival and early-release workflows, and tracking of staff, substitutes, and volunteers so schools can replace handwritten logs and maintain a more reliable record of who is on campus.

Navigate360 is encouraging School Check IN customers to move to its newer Visitor Management platform, which adds stronger screening, districtwide visibility, SIS connections, volunteer workflows, mobile options, and emergency-management integration. Districts still using School Check IN should confirm support timelines and plan migration rather than treating the older and newer products as equivalent.

School-Connect
Behavior Management

Product Details

Overview

School-Connect is an evidence-informed social-emotional, academic, and life-skills curriculum for grades 6–12. Teachers use multimedia lessons, student activities, videos, discussions, and reflection to build self-awareness, communication, emotional regulation, relationships, conflict resolution, academic habits, mental health skills, and college and career readiness.

The program also provides family resources, assessments, climate surveys, and targeted intervention guides for responding constructively after common behavior incidents. Those materials can strengthen a school's prevention and intervention work, but School-Connect is curriculum—not a behavior-recording, discipline, rewards, or case-management system.

SCOIR
College / Career Planning

Product Details

Overview

Scoir is a college discovery, application, and admissions network connecting students, families, high-school counselors, community organizations, and colleges. For K–12 schools, it gives students tools to identify colleges, build a list, compare affordability and fit, plan application work, and submit documents while counselors manage caseloads, recommendations, transcripts, deadlines, and outcomes.

Scoir is strongest on the college side of college-and-career planning rather than career pathway development. Its shared network and integrations reduce duplicate work between school counseling offices, application services, and participating colleges, while district and school dashboards help staff see which students are progressing or need support.

Product Details

Overview
Student Reflection SEL & Engagement Grades 3–12
Sown To Grow is a student reflection and engagement platform. It is designed primarily for upper-elementary through high-school students developing reflection, goal-setting, and learning habits, with students, teachers, counselors, advisory staff, and school leaders using it to support student voice, metacognition, social-emotional check-ins, goals, and educator response.
Students complete recurring academic or well-being reflections and goals while educators review patterns, respond, and identify learners needing connection or support. The product should be evaluated for the specific learners, instructional setting, and intensity of support a district intends—not simply as another source of digital activities.

StopitSolutions
Behavior Management

Product Details

Overview

STOPit Solutions provides anonymous reporting, incident management, and school-safety communication tools. Students, families, and staff can report bullying, threats, self-harm concerns, harassment, weapons, or other safety issues through app, web, or hotline channels, while designated personnel receive alerts and manage the response.

The platform helps districts surface concerns that might otherwise go unreported and retain a documented response trail. It supports behavior and climate work, but its primary function is safety reporting and incident response—not classroom behavior tracking, PBIS recognition, or discipline administration.

Campus Safety / Security

Product Details

Overview
Truancy Hunter is an attendance case-management application associated with Axiom Advisors. It is intended to help schools identify students meeting absence or truancy thresholds, organize case information, and document the notices and interventions used to address attendance problems.
The product's function is attendance compliance and intervention rather than physical campus security. Because the public product site exposes limited current detail, districts should verify that the application remains actively supported, its current feature set, hosting and security arrangements, and the attendance systems with which it exchanges data.
Website resource: Axiom Advisors company information. This homepage does not establish whether the older Truancy Hunter service remains available.

Online Courses Course Access Grades 6–12
VHS Learning is a nonprofit provider of semester, full-year, summer, and self-paced online courses—not primarily a tutoring product. It is intended primarily for middle- and high-school students taking courses their local school may not offer, with students, online teachers, counselors, registrars, and program administrators using it to support teacher-led online courses, course access, enrichment, credit, and scheduling flexibility.
Students enroll in asynchronous teacher-led courses with deadlines, discussions, assignments, feedback, and peer interaction across participating schools. Districts should evaluate how the product fits adopted curriculum, student needs, instructional time, and the work educators must do around it.
Virtual Job Shadow
College / Career Planning

Product Details

Overview

Virtual Job Shadow is the former name of Pathful Explore, the career-exploration component of Pathful's career-readiness platform. It helps students connect interests, values, skills, personality, and lifestyle preferences with career possibilities, then learn about those occupations through profiles, labor-market data, interviews, and job-shadow videos featuring working professionals.

Pathful has expanded beyond its original video library into a broader set of planning, employability, work-based learning, and program-management tools. Districts can use the platform to organize career-readiness activities, course and postsecondary plans, local opportunities, student artifacts, and compliance reporting while integrating SIS, rostering, and SSO services.

Counselors and administrators use Xello to monitor completion, manage four-year plans, coordinate application documents, communicate with students, and report on district readiness requirements. The platform connects with SIS products, SSO and rostering services, Common App, Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, and other partners so planning work can use current student data and feed real application processes.
