Why BoardDocs w/subtitles

Product Details

Overview

BoardDocs is a paperless meeting and governance platform built for school districts, community colleges, municipalities, and other public boards. It centralizes agenda preparation, board packets, meeting materials, minutes, votes, policies, and public access so board-services staff do not have to assemble, distribute, revise, and archive separate paper or PDF packets.

The product supports the full meeting cycle: staff submit and approve agenda items, board members securely review materials and make private notes, meeting staff record motions and votes, and the district publishes agendas, minutes, policies, and supporting documents for the community. BoardDocs remains supported by Diligent, although districts should confirm Diligent's current migration path, product packaging, and long-term platform roadmap when renewing or procuring it.

Simbli - Our Solutions

Product Details

Overview

Simbli is an integrated board-governance platform developed by eBOARDsolutions, an organization rooted in the Georgia School Boards Association. It brings meeting management, policies, strategic planning, board and leader evaluations, document management, and communications into one system rather than treating the board agenda as an isolated publishing task.

For school districts, Simbli can manage agenda submission and approval, secure board-member access, minutes and votes, public meeting archives, policy manuals, superintendent or board evaluations, and strategic-plan monitoring. The modules share information, allowing a district to connect agenda items and board decisions with policies, goals, performance measures, and improvement work.
