Nintex is an enterprise process-automation platform for digital forms, routed approvals, document generation, e-signatures, robotic automation, and process mapping. Districts can use it to automate administrative work that spans Microsoft, cloud, and line-of-business systems.
Automated steps connect data collection, review, documents, and actions across applications. Departmental owners and technical staff coordinate validation and permissions so a completed workflow produces the intended business outcome. The request, approval, automated action, and resulting operational update are separate events. Their identifiers and status records allow staff to trace whether an authorized decision was carried out.
An automated step can affect records well beyond the original request. Departments and IT coordinate validation, exception handling, change review, and the evidence retained when processing completes or fails.
