Basecamp is a general project-collaboration platform that brings tasks, schedules, messages, files, decisions, and team communication into shared project spaces. District departments may use it for implementations, facilities initiatives, communications work, committees, and other projects involving multiple contributors.
Shared decisions, tasks, and files provide the context for a district initiative. Contributors maintain ownership and progress while formal student, personnel, or financial actions follow their operational processes.
