eChalk is a K–12 website and communications platform for managing district, school, class, group, and staff pages from a shared content-management system. It helps districts publish timely information while giving central administrators control over site structure, design, permissions, and content sharing.
A shared website links centrally maintained information with school and classroom updates. Communications staff coordinate ownership and permissions so families can recognize current, authoritative district information. Publishing information creates a continuing maintenance responsibility. Ownership and review dates help distinguish authoritative public content from material that has become outdated.
