Zonar Bus Suite is a school transportation operations platform combining routing, live GPS, driver navigation, dispatch communication, student ridership, field trips, family information, vehicle inspections, and fleet-health data. Districts can plan routes and then compare daily execution with real-time vehicle and student events.
The difference between a planned stop and an observed ridership event matters. Transportation staff connect route plans with vehicle and student timestamps when reviewing service or investigating a concern. An assigned route, an observed vehicle position, and a recorded rider event describe different facts. Their dates and identifiers connect planning with the service actually delivered.
