The CalAmp K-12 App, formerly Synovia, is a school-bus telematics and fleet-visibility system used for GPS tracking, route progress, vehicle information, driver and fleet operations, and family-facing bus information through connected services such as Here Comes the Bus. It helps districts compare actual vehicle activity with planned transportation service.
Vehicle activity becomes useful when matched with routes, schedules, and trip context. Transportation staff reconcile planned and actual service before using the information for dispatch or family updates.
