iCIMS is a cloud talent-acquisition platform for career sites, candidate relationship management, applicant tracking, recruiting automation, interviews, offers, onboarding, and hiring analytics. District HR teams can use it to manage applicants and coordinate selection across departments and school sites.
A candidate’s application, interviews, offer, and onboarding activity form a connected history. HR coordinates review and access across hiring teams before the selected person becomes an employee record. Candidate and employee records have different purposes and access needs. HR coordinates the approved handoff without treating every applicant as a member of the active workforce.
