Singlewire InformaCast is an emergency and mass-notification platform for distributing urgent information across phones, SMS, email, desktop computers, mobile apps, speakers, digital signs, collaboration tools, and other connected endpoints. Schools use it for lockdowns, severe weather, security incidents, operational alerts, panic-button workflows, and automated notifications triggered by building or safety systems.
An alert connects an authorized trigger with intended recipients and physical endpoints. Safety, facilities, and IT teams coordinate coverage and escalation so the configured system matches the response plan. Operational readiness includes current people and locations as well as technology. District teams maintain procedures and practice so a notification leads to an understood response.
