SchoolSpace is a web-based facilities scheduling and rental platform designed for schools. It centralizes calendars for district activities and community use, provides a public-facing facility website, and gives designated staff a consistent process for reviewing requests, avoiding conflicts, collecting required information, and coordinating services.
A facility request connects an organization, space, time, and preparation requirements. District staff coordinate approvals and services so the calendar reflects authorized, supported use of school property. A reservation does not by itself establish that all required services or approvals are complete. Operational and business teams coordinate those steps around the same event.
