Brightly Event Manager, formerly SchoolDude Event Scheduling, is a facility reservation and event-management platform for schools and other organizations. It centralizes room and venue availability, internal and community requests, approvals, calendars, charges, invoices, and event details so staff can coordinate facility use without relying on separate spreadsheets and email chains.
For districts, Event Manager supports public rentals as well as school activities. It helps protect against conflicts, document policies and approvals, coordinate support services, provide public calendars, and understand how facilities are used and what revenue or costs are associated with community access.
