rSchoolToday Facilities Scheduler
Overview
- Overview
-
rSchoolToday Facilities Scheduler is a K–12 space and event-scheduling system, now part of ArbiterSports, that provides a real-time view of activities across district buildings and locations. It manages requests, approvals, reservations, calendars, contracts, invoicing, and payments for internal programs and community facility use.
The event record links a reservation with its contract, charges, and operational needs. Facilities and business teams reconcile updates so scheduling and financial activity describe the same use. A reservation does not by itself establish that all required services or approvals are complete. Operational and business teams coordinate those steps around the same event.
