SysCloud is a cloud-backup and security platform for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It independently copies district email, files, shared drives, Teams, SharePoint, and related SaaS information so administrators can recover records deleted by users, ransomware, misconfiguration, or retention limits in the source service.
A protected copy has a different lifecycle from a live mailbox or file. IT and records owners coordinate recovery dates, access, and the information required to restore a usable service.
