ScholarChip ID Management issues and manages contactless smart credentials for students and staff. The system connects cardholder identity with district records, photos, card printing and encoding, and supported uses such as building access, attendance, transportation, cafeteria transactions, events, and other campus services.A card identifier connects a person with supported campus transactions. School offices and IT teams coordinate issuance, replacement, and deactivation so access follows current enrollment or employment.

Directory integration- Connects cardholder records with supported student-information and human-resources systems.
- Uses district data to organize issuance by school, grade, homeroom, role, or other group.
Campus uses- Supports compatible attendance, door access, transportation, cafeteria, event, and identity workflows.
- Offers single- or dual-frequency cards for supported readers and partner systems.
Administration and reporting- Provides role-based management, card status, alerts, dashboards, and reports through the ScholarChip portal.
- Districts should document which surrounding ScholarChip modules and third-party access systems are actually licensed.
